UTouchPOS - Charged restocking fee on used item

The company charged me a restocking fee on a used item 25%.It was a hassle to get in touch with the company, I called several times and had to either leave a voice mail or call back later.

Their support people were friendly but it was a hassle to get in touch, they never responded to my emails and they didn't want to let me return the product.

I was highly upset when they wanted a 25% Restocking fee on a used item,come on really?I would not do business with them again for any reason what so ever.

they are a total rip off they toke $299 from me for less that 24 hour they refuse to return my money ... they miss represent their product i got no serial number or licence so i got nothing for my money and they refuse to give me my money

The Utouch company want to charge me for software and license of the system that I return back.They also said if I filled a lawsuit action against them it will cost me more than what they are taking.

This was said by Amanda the customer lady. They are bunch of crooks and ripoff people. The system came on different days and boxes.

The PC was so old running XP SP1, I couldnt go on the inetrnet with it to license the sofware.The touch screen LCD was supposed to be brand new but that one was also used.
